‘Amina’ hand-milled rice flour pancakes are not only delicious, but also easy to make. All you need is 20 minutes to spare, a few ingredients and a gas hob. You won’t regret it!
You’ll need:
- Stone-ground rice flour, ‘Amina’ — 1 st.
- Liquid — about 2.5 glasses
- Eggs — 2–3
- Sugar or sugar syrup — to taste
- Vegetable oil — 1–1.5 tbsp
- Salt — 1 pinch
What to do:
To make rice flour pancakes, gather the ingredients from the list. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Pour the whey (or milk) and vegetable oil into the egg mixture. Whisk again. Add ‘Amina’ rice flour, stir and whisk. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a preheated frying pan. Your rice flour pancakes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
