On 20 November, a masterclass was held at the ‘Da, Chef’ cookery school in Mykolaiv, attended by contestants from the country’s leading cookery programme, ‘MasterChef’.
Vitalina Mkrtchyan and Yana Leskova came to our town to teach the locals how to make proper, tasty pasta, and shared their cooking secrets and lots of handy tips.
This exquisite pasta, served with original sauces, was made using ‘Amina’ brand durum wheat flour, which we were delighted to provide for this masterclass.
